Shipping Information
Pokémon TCG orders for collectors and wholesale buyers internationally, wherever shipping is supported.
Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days. All orders ship from Miami, Florida, USA. For card and Wise payments, processing begins once we receive your payment.
Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 5 business days. This estimate is transit time after shipment and does not include the processing period.
Shipping rate
Standard shipping is $20.99. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $750.

Tracking
Tracking is provided once your order ships. You receive an order number after checkout; tracking may not be available immediately. We add tracking manually once shipment information is received, and you can then view it on our Track Your Order page.
Customs & import charges
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or missing items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing support@zardocardstcg.com with your order number and photos of the damaged package or product. See our Returns & Refunds page.
